Dehumidifiers

These dehumidifiers provide a simple and effective control of excessive relative humidity in enclosed spaces. A fan draws in humid air and carries it through a refrigerated evaporator. The air is cooled to its dew point and water in excess condenses. Then the cold dry air continues through a hot condenser which heats it up and returns it to the room slightly warmer than it was through the cover of the dehumidifier.

This dehumidifier is equipped with a reverse-flow automatic defrost system ensuring that the defrost cycle takes only four minutes to be completed. In comparison completion of a defrost cycle lasts twenty minutes when the basic fan-only system is used. Compact and equipped with 4 multidirectional casters, this dehumidifier comprises a hygrostat ensuring automatic startup as soon as humidity is in excess. Although a 9.5 L tank is embedded it is possible to connect the dehumidifier to a drain for an automatic draining.
